Originally from Sydney and now based in Melbourne, he brings over a decade of experience across branding, print, packaging, and advertising. As Design Lead at Capital Identity, Jordan shapes visual identities that are as strategic as they are striking—always rooted in clarity, always built to endure. With a background that spans global campaigns and boutique launches, Jordan’s work is defined by bold simplicity and thoughtful detail. He’s passionate about the power of design to tell a story, shift perception, and create emotional connection. Outside the studio, you’ll likely find him flipping through vintage type specimens, obsessing over paper stocks, or hunting down the perfect espresso on Lygon Street.

Eva Cini keeps the wheels turning at Capital Identity with grace, precision, and a deep sense of care. Based in London, she works across project coordination, client billing, and partnership support—ensuring every engagement runs smoothly from first briefing to final delivery. With a background in creative operations and agency account management, Eva is the vital link between our team and our clients. Organised yet approachable, detail-oriented yet collaborative, Eva thrives in the dynamic rhythm of design projects. She’s passionate about creating seamless experiences for both clients and partners, and she brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every interaction. Thomas Bergström brings clean code and calm energy to the creative chaos. Originally from Sweden, he now splits his time between Melbourne and Bali, where he lives with his family and writes pixel-perfect interfaces under palm trees or café lights. As Front-End Developer at Capital Identity, Thomas transforms design into responsive, high-performing digital experiences that feel effortless to use and beautiful to navigate. With a background in both agency and product teams, Thomas has a knack for blending performance with precision.
